How big is the bus?

The dimensions of our buses are about 7 feet tall x 7 feet wide x 17 feet long. The backdrop area (behind the bench) can be decorated and measures 58″ wide at the base x 50″ wide at the top x 25″ high.

What happens if the weather gets bad?

Our buses can function in rain, snow, and of course sunshine. That’s the greatest part about having a built-in photo booth inside a VW Bus. In the case the weather is considered too bad to operate prior to an event and we cannot make it, Photo Booth Bus may offer a full refund. This is ONLY at the discretion of Photo Booth Bus.

If the weather turns bad during the scheduled time, Photo Booth Bus may close the doors until the weather clears. We will try our best to make sure everyone can have their picture taken.

Photo Booth Bus does not offer any refunds due to weather at the time of the event.

We also have a large pop-up canopy that covers the entire bus that can be rented for the duration of the event, if inclement weather is a concern.

When will you get to my event?

The Photo Booth Bus will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event. We will be ready to start having guests at scheduled booking time. If we are needed earlier than 30 minutes, please let us know and we will work something out!

How many pictures can we take?

We offer unlimited pictures and unlimited printing throughout the event! Guests receive double copies of each session. Our on-site attendant can print additional copies if there are more guests in the session that want copies!

Guests are able to jump back in the bus as much as possible to get more pictures throughout the event! Our attendant on site will be watching the line to ensure as many guests as possible get a session. If there are repeat guests (maybe your cute nieces and nephews?) we will ask them to allow other guests to go before them to help ensure as many guests get their pictures taken inside the Photo Booth Bus.

Can I park the bus inside my venue?

Absolutely! We do it all the time – but please confirm with your venue first.

Can I decorate the bus?

The Photo Booth Bus provides a cream colored backdrop with greenery and a floral wreath for the bus. The “Photos” sign on top of the bus is also included. Feel free to check out our instagram account and other pictures throughout our website for decorating ideas. As the host, you can decorate the bus however you’d like!

Can I customize the photo strips?

Yes! All packages include a basic template with your and your fiancé’s names in a choice of fonts. You can also opt for a completely customized strip for an additional low-cost fee! We send out a questionnaire about a week before your event, asking for some event details, including a digital copy of your wedding invitation or event logo. We will add this to the photo strips so your guests leave with a fun keepsake of your event!
